Newcomer services in Toronto, located at City Hall (100 Queen Street West, main floor rotunda), offer free and confidential assistance from settlement workers available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing interpretation, career guidance, community service referrals, and appointment bookings at 416-338-0688.
