👍 They did a great job on a project:

Send them an email/message saying what they did that you appreciate. Add in a gift card to a local coffee shop for them to take a break.

🎉 They helped you with a big win:

A handwritten card explaining how their effort made a difference. Maybe add in a bottle of wine if it's a close relationship.
