Synergy Lab’s Canadian Accelerator Program for Entrepreneurs (CAPE) is the first instalment of a comprehensive program designed for innovative international entrepreneurs interested in transitioning their business to the Canadian market. Participants will complete 6 months in the CAPE program before entering 12 months of incubation through Spark Centre’s Amplify International Program.

Qualification Criteria
- 2 to 5 Founders with relevant experience.
- Innovative technology-based solution (Hardware/Software/Mix of Both) – Design/MVP Stage.
- Backed by Intellectual Property (Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, etc.)
- Requires enough capital Investment to self-sustain for the first 2-3 years (based on the project).
- One founder must commit to applying for a Work Permit (WP) and arriving in Ontario within two months of approval.
- The travelling founder must be an active Spark Centre resident, present in the office twice a week.
- The team must show financial viability by investing funds into a Canadian Escrow account (amount varies based on business needs).
- The team must elevate the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of its product/service to level 9 between receiving the LOS and the IRCC Permanent Residency application review.

Complete and submit the CAPE application form.

Participate in a discovery session interview to assess your readiness for the program.

Receive confirmation of acceptance into CAPE.

Contract & Invoicing
Sign the program contract and complete the invoicing process.

Enter Accelerator Program
Begin the 6-month CAPE accelerator program designed to fast-track your business growth and immigration journey.

Apply for Letter of Support (LOS)
Two weeks into the program, submit your application for your Letter of Support (LOS) to advance your Startup Visa process.

Complete CAPE Program
Successfully finish Synergy Lab’s 6-month accelerator program.

Transition to Amplify International
Transition into Spark Centre’s Amplify International 12-month incubation program for continued business development and support.
